Radio 105.7 Recent Changes?

Now that Radio 105.7 has yet a NEW Program Director, has anyone noticed any changes? Seems to me that the station has yet a new PD and I've noticed little, if any, changes. Still sounds like a 90s grunge/alternative/pop station with an occasional new song that has technically been on the charts for months. Use to, a new PD would mean some changes and I've noticed nothing.

WRDA is a commercial Alternative station. Familiar songs get ratings. Ratings "sells" commercials. They just had a 19% increase in 6+ ratings. If I was the new PD I wouldn't change a thing until the ratings tank. Then I could blame the previous PD and do my own thing, and "save the day". If I change whats working and ratings fall then I would be blamed and possibly lose my job.

There are people like me that like variety, but I have never had a ratings diary or a PPM unit so what I like doesn't count. When I was on air there use to be a bunch of AOR "album orientated rock" stations nationwide. I never worked the format but listened a lot to WWWM Clevland OH and WEBN Cincinnati OH when driving to work and 96 Rock when I was vising the family in the ATL. Every once in a while you would hear something totally new, but those days have passed.
