Radio automation-- simple auotmation?

We're considering investing in a robust automation system but want one that is simple to use. A lot of automation programs require that you name them based on their conventions rather than allowing you to give them a direct name such as "Born to Run_Bruce Springsteen" ... Do you know of any automation programs that allow for this?

Also, some require that you use only mp3 or mp2. We use wav and mp3.
