The Spanish public radio network based in Fresno has launched a new 91.1 FM in Huntington OR, KRSO. It went to the air earlier this week. 450 watts that covers Ontario/Payette/New Plymouth quite well, grade B as far as Caldwell, and weak in Meridian/Boise. Transmitter looks to be above Huntington, and already has RDS too.

Not detectable in Boise
Being second adjacent to 90.7 Vale CP limits them. It would have to go away.
They're even shielded in Huntington.
I find noting on file for any upgrade. Overlapping CPs in the LMS have the same parameters.
The original KRSO paperwork called for a C1. Perhaps the site did not support the 5 kw target ERP. Payette and Ontario fell inside the 60 dBu in that model. That proposal is not currently active.
Drove from Boise to Kuna, then east a few miles. Back to Boise.
