Radio Business Report Interviews Bob Struble

Around 12 minutes into the clip, he discusses the side effects of the proposed digital power increase.

Needless to say, he chooses his words carefully. While insisting there will be no loss of analog coverage to adjacent-channel stations - not even in worst case scenarios - he admits there may be "perhaps" a hiss, "some white noise at the bottom of the - uh - uh -at the bottom of the listening experience."

The bottom of the listening experience. Is this some kind of iBiquity code word?

Now I'm confused. I thought HD Radio was at the bottom of the listening experience...

I wonder how much iNiquity is subsidizing Best buy? Does that mean they're charging less per chip or are actually giving them away and subsidizing them which is really what subsidize means?
This is one boring interview, the questions are very hard hitting, I wonder if the reporter has invested in iBlock?
