Radio Cantico Nuevo leasing WVIP 93.5 HD-4?

I was looking up something for a friend of mine on the website for Radio Cantico Nuevo the horrible Spanish Christian Network that at one time was heard on 1430 AM and is still heard on 740 AM in Huntington and on the weekends on 990 AM in Hartford and it says they are now on 93.5 HD-4 and 106.3 FM. How long have they been on 93.5 HD-4 and when did 93.5 get custody of the 106.3 translator?

P.S. I call it horrible because a lot of times it's distorted and over-modulated.
