It should say "dissolving", because they are evaporating. Evolving give a least a smidgen of hope that something good will come out of it.

Scary, eh? Anything media/electronics business related's going to the dogs.....look at the stock situation on CCU, CBS, Citadel/ABC (OUCH), plus insert your favorite one here......
