I'm sure you're right. It's not so much that the measurements were really bad, but rather that some formats
suffered (while others prospered) as a result of a change in methodology. The introduction of the PPM is yet
another change, and see what it's done to formats like Smooth Jazz. Nevertheless, Top 40 was impacted for
over two decades by the COLRAM diary, and it's still happening in smaller markets.
