Radio Disney WMNE 1600 off air?

While scanning the AM band, I've noticed that WMNE 1600 has been off the air for the past few days. Has anyone heard the reason for this? Just curious. Thanks.
 
Travis Media LLC purchased WMNE for 500k. While the sale is being closed, Disney requested the FCC that the station go silent for a period of time to save on operating costs. The station should relaunch as an ethnic station shortly.
 
As for me, 22 miles from Miami, 1260 is the only one that actually lands an HD signal for me---and THAT's only in daytime.

I have no problem with HD shutoffs, as a DXer. Now if only the FM stations will follow suit.
