I know I'm responding to an old post probably referring to the March '09 Ratings, but at least for April '09 WETA does show up on the list in 8th place 6+ overall with a 4.6 share. For March '09, WETA was in 7th place 6+ overall with a 4.5 share. See link to radio-info ratings grid for Washington, DC.
