I saw this back in early September and I thought it would make the radio boards. Yes, tower sites hold a lot of value still.

"P&Y Broadcasting, owner of the LA Korean-language radio station Radio Korea, has listed a 38-acre property in the Eastside LA neighborhood of El Sereno."

"There are several radio towers on the property that serve as the transmitter’s transmitters, although the listing says the towers and the area immediately surrounding them are not for sale."

"P&Y is asking just over $38 million for the vacant land, which consists of two adjacent lots...."

From the article it sounds like a land developer's dream.
 
Those aren't the towers seen in the background in Clean Bandit's 'Solo' video, are they? I thought that was a Korean station but don't recall now.
