I strictly stay close to the radio forums.

However, I was wondering if there is a site for TV stations, similar to Radio-locator.com, that shows all OTA stations for any requested locale.

While RabbitEars (my website, as recommended by PTBoardOp94) is great for things like subchannels and parameters of stations and coverage maps, if you want to know reception at a given location, TVFool is where I send people.
