Radio-locator's new stuff

Just thought I'd pass along some interesting info:

Radio-locator.com bills WNTK as one of the top three most sought after website and webcasts in NH on their site. Bob must be pleased if he's aware of the status.

Ever thought about why that might be?

Beats me. I just took a quick look at their site & found it relatively free of any compelling content. Other than Konrad Kayne (who's worked at pretty much every station in the state), most of the programming lineup seems to be syndicated fare. Last time I heard the station, the audio was just atrocious and the signal doesn't seem to reach any population centers.

I've got a couple of notions. The one that I'd like to believe the most is that WNTK doesn't have a compelling promotional package to make listeners aware of their website, and folks wish to tune in in their offices.

The one I'd least like to believe (and don't) is that Bob, family and staff spent day and night clicking on it. ;D

The previous post was edited by nhradiochild to protect the identity of those broadcasters whose feelings might be hurt if I mentioned them critically.

My theory would be that it doesn't take too many hits to be the #3 NH site on Radio Locator. And that probably that #3 position changes often.

(I know you didn't ask for my opinion, but I couldn't resist.)
