Anyone know anything about "Radio Luz" ? I believe it is a Spanish language format....I'm curious where it originates from and what direction it leans towards.

It's a Spanish Christian (Luz means "light") format produced by Salem... it is in markets like Boston, Denver and Seattle.

David...are you certain Salem produces it? I was under the impression it was produced elsewhere ( somewhere in Florida) and Salem only "carried" it. But I may have my facts scrambled. BTW.Thanks for responding.

There is a Radio Luz in Orlando, and was one in Miami for a while on a rented channel, I think those are teaching as well as music stations. The salem format seems homegrown. I have only heard bits of either, so this may well be a third party format, but salem seldom does that.
