Radio Mosiach 1710 khz. (Pirate)

Got my yearly logging of the good Rebbe's about 30 minutes ago on the ride home from the farm. 500 mile plus hop,not bad for a low powered transmitter into inefficient antenna.

They've been there a good 7-8 years.

24/6 except for the Sabbath.

Yeah, well he needs busted. If I had that many signals on the air playing Dance-Top 40-Hip Hop music I would be busted and in prison within 3 months. I just goes to show you who can get away with being a pirate and who cant. Religious and Militant Cult Pirates with poor Overmodulated audio never get busted, but put up a music format that might compete with a legit station, Your screwed. It isnt even safe to do part 15 anymore, if your signal goes down a block or two, they automatically call you a pirate. Ive had two verbal warnings for running a Dance Format and a clean open frequency. I was hurting no one, but only serving a very very small community. My station was only 75 millowatts, but was up on a 60 ft pole.

One bunch has lawyers, money, and votes the others are nuts with guns. If you're an unarmed bottom of the totem pole FCC agent, who are you going to after?

Did they ever arrest that Steve Anderson character who tried to shoot the cop down on the KY/TN line? He ran an SW pirate op from that neck of the woods for years. Opened up on a deputy SKS/AK-47 he'd converted to full automatic.
