Radio New Zealand using DRM

DRM probably not the best mode for this application. Kim Andrew Elliott (VOA) said it was too easy to jam. Always a concern for VOA.
And you know some gov't utility service (military) is going to jump right on top of them.
Although it does provide HiFi shortwave, it comes with a high electric bill.
Satellite distribution would probably be a more cost effective solution for distribution to their affiliates.
