Radio One and K-Soul

Now that it seems that Radio One is starting to sell off some of their low performing stations, ( WILD FM sold to Entercom in Boston, and now it is rumored that Emmis is buying KKBT in L.A.), what do think they will do about KSOC since it too, is one of their low performing stations?

Radio One might want to see what the early numbers are like for their newly launched "Praise 92.1" Urban Gospel format on Houston's KROI. If that seems to be doing well, they might launch the same format on KSOC. The "Praise" format is in a number of other RO markets, including Atlanta, Philadelphia, Charlotte, and Richmond.
