Things are not looking good for them. I read that they are already close to bankruptcy, and if this performance royalty tax passes, they will more than likely go under. Times are really hard.

Maybe these times will release radio from the stronghold of corporate greed? Maybe not...
 
That could be the one good outcome from all of this.
