Radio One buy Detroit translator

Radio One should use the translater to rebroadcast 102.7 WHTD notr 105.9 WDMK, because 105.9 has a perfect signal here in Detroit.

If the 99.9 signal is decent in Detroit, I wouldn't be shocked if it becomes a new station all together. The new PRAISE 99.9 "Detroit's Inspiration Station" with Yolanda Adams Morning Show and The Spirit with CoCo Brotha at nights.

Any station on 99.9 wouldn't work. There is waayyy to much goin' on on that frequency. You have The Fox, which is out of Sarnia/Port Huron. and then you have WKKO out of Toledo, which you can usually get depending on the area you are in.

I have absolutely no idea why they would even bother with a 10W station, every signal that R1 has in the city is city-grade powerful. Kiss doesn't need a simlucast, Hot needs it southwest... so that makes me wonder if they will apply for a CP and move it to the southwest side of the city. THAT would be the only logical answer.
