Radio One Buys Detroit translator

I see they are probably trying to give one of their existing properties and additional signal to broadcast on in Southeast Michigan.
 
If the 99.9 signal is decent in Detroit, I wouldn't be shocked if it becomes a new station all together. The new PRAISE 99.9 "Detroit's Inspiration Station" with Yolanda Adams Morning Show and The Spirit with CoCo Brotha at nights.
 
Well, unless things have changed since the last time I went through there (fall 2008), their Hot 102.7 station's signal barely even made it into Detroit (it skewed far to the North). Maybe this translator will be for that station.
