Radio One Cleveland

I believe Radio One in Cleveland just moved to a new location, however a DJ a Z107.9 took a picture of the old building and what a shame! It's very rundown and old and can't believe what I saw. Considering the ATL stations are very plush in a high rise over Downtown I was thinking all R1 markets had decent locations. Guess Not :-\

Radio One Dallas is located a Valley View Mall. They remodeled an old movie theater, and put the studios there. Very nice place.

Radio One Houston is based in one of the Greenway Plaza buildings (which also house CBS Radio), just a block from Lakewood Church (the former Compaq Center/The Summit Arena). KMJQ has always been based there from its Keymarket Media days.

In the case of DC and Bmore:
1) I didn't realize the DC division has relocated from Lanham to Silver Spring till recently
2) The Baltimore division moved out of downtown to just outside the city in unincorporated Bmore County

When Radio One owned 100.3 in Los Angeles their studios were in a highrise called the 5900 Wilshire Building very nice. Just a few blocks away from 93.5 which is in a highrise too. Kinda shock that Radio One took forever to relocate the Cleveland cluster. I wonder what the St. Louis stations look like?

Radio One STL is located in a suite inside of a seven-story office building in the heart of St. Louis County (in other words, not in the city of St. Louis). No high-rise building here. It's a decent space, not at all shiny and new, but not run down either. They park the station vehicles in a parking deck behind the building. Wanted a picture? Here ya go, courtesy of Google Maps ;D:
