Radio Pay Day

Have been out of touch with the radio industry for what seems like a lifetime. Any educated guesses as to what an average full-time salary pulls in these days? Looking for a general breakdown among all day parts in medium to large size markets, including Tucson.

Full time at one of the top 3 or 4 stations? My guess: 35,000 to 46,500.
Mornings at the same stations? 65,000 to 175,000.

Well Bummer! If mornings is the only time slot where the big money is nowadays, there goes that idea of getting back into the business and finding a nice comfy midday shift.

Yea but maybe if your lucky you'll find a couple of cold hot dogs and some diet Shasta cola left over from a Max and Mary remote left in the break room..........
