Radio Performance Royalties

How many music stations will go away if this actually happens? Half, or more?
 
One thing is certain: If performance royalties are instituted, only the clusters will be able to survive. The few independents and the smaller groups will be priced out of the business. (I think that is the idea, but I am known to be just a little paranoid.)
