This is one time I have to agree. 107.3 and 103.3 will switch formats this year.

Looking at the playlists for both stations, you can kind of tell they're already leaning in that direction.

107.3 and 103.3 both switch formats. I’m calling it.

WAAF calls and rock format move to 103.3 perhaps retaining AMP's current morning show. 107.3 signal will simulcast WEEI.

Yeah, I could see both of those changes happening. Even after New Year, I could see AMP dropping Dan and Shay/Bieber, Shaed and Taylor Swift in favor of more rhythmic/urban product.

We already know there's new Bieber coming, and it's likely to be rhythmic (thanks to Poo Bear), so you may get rhythmic Bieber.

Most of my predictions won"t come true!

I go out on a limb when I make them. Many of them won't happen, but I just want to share my opinion on the poor state of radio in this country, especially here in Boston.

And the state of radio here in Boston has only gotten worse since 2019!

Last year 103.3 went variety hits (prob was in
summer; affected by ad $ dryup due to pandemic
and competition)
