Radio Production - Thumbs up & Thumbs down!

This week has allowed me to do a good bit of listening to Atlanta radio. While some of the stations around town have damn good production guru's, others have guys (and gals) that really sound small market. Who do you think are some of the better production people and who are those that make up the bottom of the food chain? One person I've always admired is a guy named Mike Macho over at Citadel - he's got decent pipes and a very youthful sound. Easy to listen to.

It depends the genre of the spot and the target audience. There's a bit of a difference ijn "SUNDAY!!! AT RACEWAY PARK!!!!!......." and the person pitching Sedan DeVilles on the jazz station. As to production values, there >is< a wide range. And there probzbly shouldn't be.
