Radio Revista/TVAMFM

The old radiorevista.com site has been down for months. They were under a new url www.tvamfm.com but when I go to either site all I get is this now:

Yes. The operator did not pay the bill, and when I offered to pay it, the cPanel folks said only the domainholder could do that. I asked if they could forward my email offering to buy the site and domain, and got no reply.
