Is it just me, or are people in radio in this market making less than 5 years ago?
Some of the hours numbers and weekly fugures are just awful! :mad:
 
And if that's the case, the cost of living makes it even worse. Any time you have a profession where "passion" is involved, people will always be taken advantage of because the powers that be know jobs are scarce unless you're open to relocation & radio people will complain but deal with it rather than leave the business.
