Radio Soleil International on 1710 heard

10pm EST, Radio Soleil International (Brockton, Massachusetts) being heard right now on 1710 khz playing music parallel to their web stream. Signal weak but audible since there's not much competition on this frequency. It would be interesting to know what kind of power they are pushing.

I've also been hearing another faint pirate playing Latin sounding pop music on 1710. I have no idea who that one is. Anyone else hearing stuff on 1710 lately?
 
We have a spanish pirate from somewhere on 1710, but it's just above noise level.
