RADIO SPIDERS - ANY ALTERNATIVE PROGRAMS?

We have been using RADIO SPIDERS for quite sometime. It's a program that automatically downloads various mp3 files from various FTP and HTTP sites. It's a great program but as I mentioned in another post, we have been trying to get hold of a representative of the company for quite sometime and have had absolutely no success.

Though the program has been flawless, we would be remiss is not preparing to move to another program should the company that offers the program, vanish. josh
 
I checked out the assortment of programs offered and they look good.

Are there any other programs available made specifically for Radio . That's one advantage RadioSpiders has over the others. josh
