Radio Spirits Vs Specialty MP3 Dealers

I have noticed that you can but almost complete seasons of most old time radio shows on MP3 CD's compared to select episodes on standard CD from Radio Spirits for about the same price. The dealers include a George Mercer as well as one called OTR Cat. Has anyone dealt with these two dealers or others? Are these dealers bootleggers or are all old time radio in the public domain?

Radio Spirits, like Radio Archives, have much better sounding sources for many of their releases. Other vendors use their own copies which often are not as good.

Problem with Radio Spirits is most of their CD's are "Best Of..." shows while the other venders often offers COMPLETE SHOWS from entire years, often from their first show to last show (unless it is lost). George Mercer's SUSPENSE collection contains ALL of the SUSPENSE shows from 1942 through 1962.

I have ordered from the specialty dealers many times and, while some if the quality is not RS quality most of it is.
