Radio station buildings being demolished

I have noticed that the building that once housed Kiss 108 and WXKS-AM 1430 is being torn down and being turned into condos. So many memories there, and so many celebrities have been there. I also heard that Audacy is moving into a newer facility and the old TV38 building is also being torn down and turned into condos. How old is that building, anyway? It looks like an older building. But it seems like they're doing this everywhere, not just with radio stations. But I know it's near Soldiers Field Rd, which was once home to a lot of different radio and TV stations. It's right next to the building that used to be channel 68, but it's now a Staples Connect. Where is Audacy moving to?

The Audacy stations are moving just down the street to building space owned by WGBH in Brighton.

Already done according to fybush.com, over on guest street
