Radio station market values

It's been so long since a premium local signal changed hands in DFW and I'm just curious. Does anyone have a reasonable idea of what it would cost to buy a KLIF, KSKY, WBAP, KRLD and/or a Bone, Twister or 102.9 these days?

Every station you mentioned except for KSKY and KRLD has changed hands in the last year or so. The reason you didn't notice is because they were group sales.

As far as price, nothing reasonably viable is even for sale. If you have your pennies saved, call up Lincoln Financial before they sell off the rest of their clusters. The Denver cluster is really nice. Or if you don't want a whole cluster, they have 2 available in Atlanta.

Rumor on the street is they want a 15x multiple.
