Radio Station Purchase Prices ?

I was wondering what the cheapest to most expensive prices for an AM and FM commercial radio station. In othe rwords, What is the cheapest AM station in the NEPA region typically start at? And FM as well.
 
I remember when a kw AM station regularly priced at $250k. Ronnie Schacht was offered (if I have this right) $1m for his CP when he was putting 93.7 on the air. Bob Neilson was once offered $1m for WNAK back around the early 1980's.<P ID="signature">______________
