Radio Station Sponsors NASCAR Driver?

I was watching a story on CNN about young NASCAR drivers and there's this one guy, Marc Davis, standing in front of his car, and emblazoned across the hood is a huge logo for "96.3 WHUR"! Regardless of the station's format and the sport's appeal, it's still kind of odd seeing a radio station sponsoring a NASCAR driver!
