Radio station traffic software

We're using DARTS :( and are looking for a new solution.

We're scheduling for 6 stations.

Must haves:

*East to use
*NOT dos (don't think that'll be a stretch, lol)
*Ability to utilize VPN for unique users...we have offices spread out in 2 directions, 60-70 miles apart. Need the software in a central location and the other offices to access the software possibly simultaneously--so using a remote program like Teamviewer may not be an option.
*reasonably priced, of course.

thanks for any input!

You can 'kind of' do this with Visual Traffic, since it is SQL Server based. The remote offices would probably be frustrated with the speed. We tried a bunch of things after DARTS, and ended up keeping VT. I heard YEARS of I just want DARTS back.

In my opinion, no one has really written a program that is optimized for Windows. I use 8 Cores & SSD's with VT to speed it up, but in a multi user environment, without that power, it is slow.

The industry default right now seems to be Natural Log. It seems to be well accepted and popular. There are a few stations around here using a program called "See Spot Run" which seems to work pretty well, but I'm no expert. The company that writes it is ACI Media http://www.acimedia.com. There are a lot of other alternatives to Natural Log as well. Probably, you'll need to download some of the demo versions and see which you like the best.

Most of the groups I work for use VT...most of the standalone or mom and pop stations use Natural or See Spot Run. Operationally, I don't have experience with any...but I've had to deal with VT upgrades/support/etc...and it's a pain...I'm not a fan. Everyone seems really happy with Natural or Spot.

Been using Natural Log for a month. Like it! Very easy to use. Video tutorials made it very easy to learn. Worth the price.
