Radio Streaming question

I've noticed that some radio stations are now listing *both* the current song being played, *as well* as the song information for what's coming up next on their stream.

I wish more radio stations would do this. Is there a reason why they don't?

Here's an example of a station that does:

(most radio stations that stream only list songs that have already been played, along with the current song.)
 
That is forbidden by the Digital Copyright Act. The law forbids advance promotion of digital airplay of a song, for fear that listeners will record it rather than buy it. The new NAB streaming deal releaves some of the controls, but I believe this one remains.
