Radio : Things getting better? I think so.

As you know I've been bullish on radio in the past and then more recently a bit bearish.

From what I've been hearing, I do think the future bodes well for full power FM Radio. AM will do fine in many markets too.

PS: Anyone have a full power FM for sale (east of the Mississippi)?

Stewy is right...as an example in a 75 mile radius of where I live ~W. AL, E. MS~ approximately 12 of the 18 full power fm stations are for sale. Is this is an area that interests you? If so, we can continue the conversation, give you a tour of some of the stations, and get you in touch w/owners, brokers, etc.

If you have a boatload of money there are thousands of stations for sale. Don't look to banks or savy investors. Radio is not considered a growth industry. Buy some funeral homes.

I don't think that josh is serious about buying a radio station...........he has been spending all of his time chasing a few hundred dollars on another thread. don't ask about stations for sale anymore unless you are sincere.
