Anyone find it strange that CBS is allowing promotion of a Clear Channel radio station on its own radio airwaves? Somebody asleep at the wheel over there? Kurt under a rock in mourning over Henry's departure? About as weird as (ABC's) Mark Davis calling in on (CBS's) Martin's show way back when. Perhaps this was part of the "contract buyout," free publicity over CBS stations? Then again, KLUV's demo certainly doesn't cross over to the Eagle's...so what's even the purpose? You'd get more crossover from Mega 107.5 or 105.3. 
No... Russ wanted to know why Jody Dean was on the CBS 11 morning news every morning at 6:20 so they turned up the monitor audio while Jody was on (KLUV and CBS11 do a crossstalk twice a morning) It's no different than back in the day when there would be a police chase they would crank up the audio on FOX 4.

what? lots of people listen to both kegl and kluv...and lots of other formats as well.

Now how would you know Mark called in to The Russ Martin Show back then? You must listen cause he didn't do it everyday just once in a while. I thought you didn't listen to Martin since there is so much else on? Also why are you questioning what someone is doing on there OWN show that is actually on the air. Get your own show oh that's right you can't.

13, Mark Davis mentioned it on his show once. I also had a friend ask me several years back why Mark was on Martin's show, and the question was posed here before as well. Hey, just be glad that publicity sometimes does transcend you all's show.
