Radio Tower on Rte 6

I travel on rte. 6 west to Ct. and I see a small tower just outside of I believe Scituate , just a bit past the old weigh station on the left is a tower, looks to have a few small sticks on it. Is this an old am?It looks to have an insulated base , it is no longer lit, but looks to have a beacon on top.Anyone have any info on it?

What town is it in? Is it in Foster near Jerimoth Hill? It's probably just some 2-way stuff.

I am not sure what town, I know its outside of Scituate heading west,past the light and weigh station. Next time I go through that way i will get the actual town.

The only thing between Scituate and the Ct border is Foster

Well, it must be in Foster then........any ideas about that tower? on left side heading west on 6 after the "weigh station area" you can see the base from the road.....

That tower is adjacent to Route 101. I believe it's used by the RI Division of Forest Environment as well as RI State Troopers.
