WNOU 100.9 afternoon schmuck, Rayne, was arrested over the weekend. He was busted for DUI. Ironically, here's a quote from his myspace page...

Ive been arrested for DUI too, it happens to the best of it,, I still have court caseses and have hired a lawyer to help me,,, the thing is, i was arrested on suspension,, I passed the breathalizer with a double O,, Had no Drugs or Booz that day, but I was on an incline and im uncoordinated, so I couldnt do the field sobriety test, i failed all those.. its really not funny and im scared about it abit.. I wish I could be a Bunky with Rayne so I have someone I have something in common with,, they will stick me in their with some viloent offender who beats me head off the side of the wall every day..... I wish Rayne the best of Luck and Hop he gets a good lawyer... I have full support for Rayne.

Where was he arrested? In Hancock County we (and I say we because I live here) arrest black people for DWB and then add an excuse.

I looked at traffic tickets after a local cop made a pullover come visit him in a biblical sense, in the Eli Lilly parking lot. (Caught on their security tape). No white men pulled over by this cop that month. All were women and any men were hispanic or black. I also noticed MANY female drivers didn't show up for court. When asked why the secretary looked at me and said "why do you think?" They covered up the mess and we didn't ever find out how many young girls were "profiled" by our finest. *(And I say our because I live her and finest because it isn't fine).

The State Police refused to look at profiling here because they have to be invited in by Boss Hogg. Great system we have here. I am told this is why crime is lower here and we get new business. Chamber has racial makeup on it's website.

Any dui without a reading has a blood test done always. This is how proof of drugs or alcohol is presented in Court. If you didn't have a blood test then you should be in no trouble.

I have two classmates from school killed by drunk drivers. Anyone driving drunk should be put in a cell.

I had a blood test done, and it showed my prescriptions, and very small trace amounts of Mary Jane, which I had only taken maybe a a few puffs of about a month prior, this is because I was at a strangers house at a party, they didnt trust me and thought I might be a snitch, if I had not taken a few puffs I would have been beat up,, I would have just left if I had been the one driving, but we rode with friends and i was way out on Hi way 135,, I could see the towers for WTTS and WTTV from the house, and Trafalger was the closest phone, i was gonna walk, but the next day I realized Trafalger was about a 10 minute car ride, I dont think I could have walked it.

The dude was arrested following his own stations event, the Radio Now Santa Slam, where he was captured in numerous pictures partying hard, always with a drink in hand. The WNOU website has several pictures from the event on their website, ironically, none of them have Rayne in handcuffs in the back of a squad car. I'm sure they don't want it to get out that they promote drinking and driving at their events. Rayne had to spend several hours in the drunk tank, until he was sober enough to be released.

Helpful hint. If you were in a room with MJ within a month a trace amount will show on the results. This shows up as shadow or a just noticeable amount.

Techs have varying levels they consider "use" so make sure you have a good lawyer. What is a trace to one isn't even notable to another. Secondhand smoke can cause this.
