Radiotime Redbutton issues

I am one of the listeners who use radiotime red button to record streams, but there are a few stations that I want to record, but having network problems. I did contact support and they said there's nothing wrong with the links on red button, but still wont record. Any other recorders that will save the broadcasts in mp3 form?
