RadioTime

I'm curious, but can anyone with Windows 7 get stations too stream using Radio time these days?

I'm trying WPLJ, and it only comes in on one computer. Two other computers just stopped being able too stream it and I have no idea why. Even reformated one, and nothing....

Anyone else have this program and manage too fix the problem?

WPLJ & WABC (& maybe other Citadel stations; not sure on that) have recently converted their audio streams to AAC+ & need Flash Players in order to play. Their old stream configurations are now dead - that's probably what you're experiencing. The new stream provider is www.streamtheworld.com. There doesn't seem to be any easy way to convert the new links into already existing players (I'm sure some posters here could help with the technical aspects). Links to players here:

Thanks for that...

I cna't help but wonder if radio time has been bought out....they are usually quick at replying, but their past advice of upgrading the flash player has not been helpful.

I need too time record the station for when I go too events so I can use the audio later...that's why Radio time has become so invaluable over the years. But if anyone can help get it back and running, most appreciated...

THanks for that. I managed too get it runing in Itunes, at least, but still not in Radio Time. All I did was too set the program too record the stream one minute form now, it started recording but claimed bad internet radio source.

I just don't get it...the three machines I use are virtually identical, they all have the same programs on them......... Yet it only works properly now on one, the work PC.

The other option I Have is radio tuners, but reception here is sketchy at best. Comes in fine in the car, but any antenna I Seem too buy is iffy at best for the PC...if anyone can recomend a good one, appreciated.

All right, someone explain this too me. Firefox decided not too run. I used IE because I wanted too look something up on youtube. Had too install flash on the IE Side. On a lark, I tried Radio time when I was done. Now it works perfectly and I can hear PLJ.

WTF did I do wrong? dozens of windows OS reinstalled over the course of 5 years with the program, worked every time minus this round. I just can't figure it out...logical explination is that it was some kind of bizarre station blackout..
