RADIOTRAFFIC.COM

I'm sure they'll tell you if you ask them. We're stickin' with Natural Log because it does what we need, it interfaces with Media Touch for our five stations, is very reasonably priced, and annual maintenance fee is very affordable.

Radio Traffic is a piece of junk. Took us about 2 months to TRY to get started with it, and we never could get it going so we eventually got our money back. I don't remember the price but I think it was in the thousands. Not only was it hard to use and get everything into, they had about 5 or 6 different pieces of software and in order to put in clients, orders, spots, cart numbers etc. you had to log in with a user name and password for each different step. Total waste of time and money.

We really like radiotraffic.com at our station -- granted we're a stand-alone FM in a medium market, not a cluster -- but I hear nothing but praise from our GM, sales people and traffic director.

It gives us everything we need including easy order insertion and excellent reporting features. It also plays real well with our on-air automation and support has been solid. Can't complain.
