Rain Predicted, No Snow

What happened to the annual Sunny contest that if it snowed on Christmas eve they gave away a big cash prize? Guess maybe the early December snowstorms made it seem too likely to snow this year that they dropped it!

CC did not put up the cash prize. They bought snow insurance.

Maybe the insurance company cancelled their policy this year or increased their premium.

Or maybe they're sick and tired of Philadelphia weather forecasters hyping flurries into The Storm Of The Century That Will Leave You Snowed-In Until July!
