Looking at Greensboro's PPM results, it appears as if Raleigh might slant towards the non-com news more than Greensboro. (WUNC even out-ranked "local" WFDD.)
 
That is because of the demographic differences between each market... The RTP and Orange County listeners make a big difference for WUNC.
 
Is KIX a factor in Raleigh? Seems to me that CMG has suffered some real serious rating problems which must be giving them a harsh revenue jolt!
 
WKIX-FM is owned by McClatchey Broadcasting. It has decent ratings. Cumes 200,000 plus, but much of the audience
is over 50, typical for Oldies. Not bad for a Class A.

WKIX-AM is owned by CMG. Ratings are not very good., despite Imus in AM drive.
