Ramar Communications = Frequency hogs

Ramar Communications is starting to remind me of EMF...where they will drool over every open frequency possible.

I was scanning the radio this morning and noticed Double T 104.3 is now also being carried on a new frequency....96.9.

97.7 is now also carrying 107.7 The Eagle.

Are these low powered translators necessary?

Grabbing up translators is always a good idea. Now that AM's can rebroadcast on FM translators, the FM band is getting pretty crowded. Would you rather have the band crowded with your stations or your competitions? Plus, if they ever decide to go HD they can put different formats on those translators.
