Ramar Communications said Monday that it has sold all of its television stations in the Lubbock, Texas, television market in two deals, the terms of which were not disclosed.

Ramar sold KJTV (Fox) and translator KJTV-CD to SagamoreHill Broadcasting, which owns network-affiliated television stations in nine markets.

And Ramar also sold KLCW (CW), KMYL-LD (MNT) and KXTQ-CD (Telemundo) to Gray Television, which includes KCBD Lubbock, Texas, in its portfolio of stations.
