Agreed! that show is STILL painful to listen to. it seems like Ramar has a fear of success.

You don't even have to be a radio guy to know how bad she/that show is. Just having any brain cells at all should be qualification enough. Plus what's with the porn music they play behind when they're talking?

I will say... Blake is a nice guy. I thought he did well on MIX. However, I was not a fan of the STARS gig. However, this might just be because I am not a fan of that format. Yet, I do not know what happened for Blake to leave or be removed. But good luck trying to find another gig.

he was VERY fortunate to find a job around here after Mix, he didn't realize how lucky he was.

ANYBODY who can get a job these days in radio should consider themselves "Lucky". nice voice yes, but it takes more than that. he might fit well on another daypart but sorry, he was not a morning show personality. nice guy and best wishes if he landed something else.

No...LUCKY is the EXACT WORD. Doesn't matter if you have a good voice, tons of skills and talent... the RADIO JOB MARKET SUCKS. So.... YES.... LUCKY is the exact word when it comes to finding a job.

In today's radio having the "golden voice" which Blake does have, means absolutely nothing without work ethic.
I will leave it at that, Blake is a very nice guy though and I'm sure that golden voice will land him another gig, I just doubt it will be in Lubbock.
