RAMSEY LEWIS INVADES PHILLY'S WJJZ

Just looking at WJJZ's 12+ numbers told me the great local morning show they had would be over. Tozzi tried though. We have to give him that. But when the ratings suffer with local jocks, the BA Machine is the "life line" you reach for. It's such a great station. I hope their overall music presentation doesn't suffer because of this. It usually happens when stations go network. I'm sure they'll probably take overnights and/or nights, too eventually. Tozzi had no choice I'm sure.

I like the Ramsey Lewis show, but I'm sad to see that WJJZ has to go network to survive. But its signal just does not get the job done. 106.1 was loud and clear over much of the Delaware Valley. The new frequency is barely there, even in the Wilmington area. There is no way 97.5 will ever have the numbers of the old WJJZ, but I appreciate that they are trying.
