Anyone know why Randi has been MIA since last Wednesday without any explanation either on air or on the website? Now I see fellow Nova M host Mike Malloy will be off tonight as well. Is something going on?

Ok...as of a half-hour ago, it looks like The Randi Rhodes Show does not exist.
AT the top, Randi's them was replaced by the song "Troublemaker," Its now "The Nancy Skinner Show" (ex-WLS). New number. Randi's website is gone.
No mention about this on the NovaM site.
Now, for the first time in an hour Skinner says she's in for Randi.
If Randi IS gone, then why has NovaM contacted the stations?
Suddenly AIr America is smelling like a rose.

Rhodes has a checkered work history. She's always quitting or doing something stupid that gets her fired.
Though it's good to have her viewpoint aired on her small show, I doubt she'll be missed.
The one good thing going for her, however, is that she's not such a boob and brainless wonder as Stephanie Miller. The woman can hardly do a show without bashing that evil Fox News, as if all the other TV news networks aren't slanted.

Hey, don't be so quick to bash sistah Stephanie-just because she's funny doesn't mean there's not a brain up there--just the opposite, really. And politically she knows her stuff, too. Thank god she's still on the air--and thank god we have her to bash Fake News every chance she gets. She starts my day off with a laugh, always a great thing.
I don't know what Randi did, or what was done to her to cause her to leave the airwaves once again, but her knowledge will be sorely missed if she doesn't manage to find a way back. So sorry she's gone.

on one hand, i feel cheated because i contributed $100 to a failing company that didn't know how to run a radio company. these were the same people who helped start air america, and they had all sorts of money problems at the start. i should have learned not to do something as stupid as contribute money because i signed up for their "founders club" a few days after the jeff farias debacle, and allegedly that was also over money and the direction of the company.
then again on the other hand, i still have (i think) a subscription to the mike malloy show, which i personally like to call "screaming with mike". it's good therapy.
