Randy Michaels Charged with OVI in Middletown

Found it hilarious Bill Cunningham is saying that everyone should back off and leave Randy Michaels alone since he made a "small mistake".

I'd have to ask Cunningham if Michaels had killed someone he loved while being drunk behind the wheel, would he still consider it a "small mistake"?
 
He didn't kill anyone. He didn't get stopped he got stuck. That is why its a small mistake.

He probably didn't get charged because no one saw him drive.
